Our first line response staff have a background of practical experience within the State’s Ambulance Service or the State’s Fire Service. We ensure that staff hold recognised qualifications with Australian Standards accreditation in the areas of Medical, Fire and Rescue.

We are aware that staff will operate in a variety of environments and with different age groups and therefore we are proud to ensure that all our staff have undertaken Australian Police Criminal Checks as well as holding a current Victorian ‘Working With Children’ certificates.
Our two nationally registered ALS-Paramedics each have 20+ years of service with Ambulance Victoria. and our senior clinician is a retired MICA-Paramedic with 27 years of service. Our EMTs are all nationally accredited. And all our medical staff undertake yearly national accreditation’s in Provide First-Aid, Advanced Resuscitation, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, as well as undertaking regular first-aid training.

Our Fire Crew Leader is currently the CFA Deputy Group Officer in Region 6. All our Fire crews are CFA trained in wildfire & structural firefighting, and breathing apparatus. Our Rescue Team are qualified in vertical rescue, confined space, and HAZMAT.
Other specialties/qualifications of staff include Safety Officer and Incident Management, allowing additional services to Event Organisers.
All our Medics and Firefighters are easily identified with our standardised uniforms and badging, as well as being equipped with personal issue radios for constant communications at all times.
